Igloo and Chalet Table reservations include Complimentary Pink Tea, charcuterie for the table, 1 main entree per guest, and a pink dessert item.

Also available are some kids fav’s such as Yummy Buttered Pasta, Crispy Chicken Tenders and Beef Sliders With Fries!

What can I expect from Pink Pier?

Whether you’ve been struck by Cupid’s arrow or want to enjoy a night with people you love, this entirely pink pier is the perfect place to come together for Date night, Birthdays, Happy Hour, Valentines Day & beyond!

Sit on the Lover’s Throne, take a photo in the life-size Sweethearts box, and enjoy views of the skyline across the East River. This unforgettable dining experience will leave you full of love - and chocolate! Don’t be a heartbreaker and reserve a table today for this limited-time experience.

Where is the experience located?

The experience is located at Watermark at Pier 15 NYC. Address: 78 South Street, New York, NY 10038.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an OUTDOOR venue with Dining Options available in Enclosed Heated Igloos + General Admission Tickets to stroll and mingle on the pier for a fully outdoor experience.

How long does the experience last?

General Admission Visits can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes. All Glasshouse and Chalet Dining Reservations are 90 minutes, with the exception of a "Private Igloo for 10" which is 2 Hours.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes, deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual and a walk-through experience.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

The main entrance is easy to reach and recognize. In addition, our staff will assist and guide you to your table when applicable.

Will there be strobe lights?

Some of the PINK-NEON lighting will have flickering lights.

Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?

Yes.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Absolutely.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

-Igloo Dining Reservations will have seating reserved in heated Igloos.

-General Admission Ticket Holders will enjoy a mostly standing outdoor experience, with some communal benches around the pier near the Bar, Pink Trees, and Fire Pit!

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, restrooms are available on-site.

Are there vegan or gluten-free options available?

Yes, there will be some limited food options that can accommodate such requests. Please check the menu online for details.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes, all reservations are based on a specific time-slotted schedule. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in to get the full allotted time of your experience.

What happens if I arrive late?

General Admission guests will have a specific time for arrival based on the time slot they pick at checkout. If they should arrive late, they may still be granted admission based on capacity.

Igloo Reservations for seated dining should make every effort to arrive early to check in, and to receive their full allotted time to enjoy. If arriving late for their reservation, their time limit may not be extended and they will have to finish within their time slot time frame.

Can I bring animals?

Service animals are allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome.

Is the venue ADA-compliant?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

Watermark does not have parking and we are located in downtown Manhattan where parking can be very limited. We suggest arriving early and parking in a nearby garage.

What if the weather is bad?

This experience is rain or shine. We will be open regardless of the weather unless there is a major storm and we are forced to close for safety reasons.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes. We will have a box office on-site. However, tickets are very limited and may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Is there a Military discount?

Currently, there is no Military discount, however, you can contact us if coming with a group.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Pink Pier can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
